This website

This website is informational. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and collects no personal data. If you email us, we use your details only to reply to you.

The PureTrace platform

The PureTrace platform is used by client firms under contract. Client firms decide which of their staff have accounts and what business data is entered. In that context Tenth Bridge Consulting Limited processes personal data (such as names, work email addresses and activity records) on behalf of the client firm and on its instructions. Platform data is hosted in the United Kingdom (AWS London region) and protected by role-based access controls, tenant isolation enforced in the database, encryption in transit at the public edge, database encryption at rest and an append-only audit trail.

Email we send

The platform sends transactional email only, to named users whose accounts were created by their own firm's administrator. These messages are account invitations, password and security notifications and workflow reminders such as data collection deadlines and report releases. We send no marketing email. Sending runs on a dedicated subdomain with DKIM, SPF and DMARC records in place, and delivery events are published so bounce and complaint volumes can be reviewed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including access, correction and erasure. Where we process data on behalf of a client firm, requests should go to that firm in the first instance and we will support them in responding. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
